Whitefish cakes

Ingredients
1 lb whitefish, cooked & chopped2 Tbsp Stone ground mustard1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs2 scallions, choppedSalt & pepper to taste1 T Olive oil
Directions
Heat olive oil over medium heat. Combine remaining ingredients and form into 8 patties. Cook in olive oil until browned on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
