Corned Beef Hash with Broccoli

Ingredients
12oz tin of corned beef, cubbed12oz pre-boiled cubbed potato1 large onion, slicedServe with steamed Broccoli
Directions
Pre-boil the potato. Slice the onion and fry in a little water in a good non-stick pan. Once it's transluscent add the cubbed corned beef and potato and stir well. It works best if you part-squash some of the potato. Gently dry-fry to a golden brown and serve a third with steamed broccoli.
