Carob coconut balls

Ingredients
2 c. almond meal1/2 c. plus 1 T. almond butter1/2 c. carob powder1 c. shredded unsweetened coconut3 T. olive oil2 T. water (or as needed)1/3 tsp sea salt (optional.
Directions
Combine all ingredients, mixing until it's a "dough" that you can shape into balls with your hands. Add water when mixture becomes too dry to shape. Put in plastic wrap and freeze. Serving size is 1 ball.
