Baked Tilapia

Ingredients
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese3 Tbsp sour cream, fat free1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice1/4 teaspoon dried basil1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper1/4 teaspoon onion powder3 6oz. tilapia fillets
Directions
Combine cheese, sour cream and lemon juice. Sprinkle fillets with spices, broil 6" from top for 2 minutes each side. Flip and evenly spread cheese mixture over top. Broil until browned and fish is flaky.
