Turkey Taco Soup

Ingredients
1 c. chopped turkey breast (leftovers)1 can of Rotel tomatoes with onions and green chiles1 can of yellow corn (rinsed and drained)1/2 pkg of frozen okra1 can of red kidney beans (rinsed and drained)1 pkg of taco seasoning3 c. water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a 2 qt. saucepan. Stir occasionally. Cover and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with warm corn tortillas or crispy tostitos. Garnish with cheese and/or sour cream if desired.

Makes 8 cups.
