Coconut Flour Okonomiyaki

Ingredients
2 cups shredded cabbage1 medium onion, shredded1/4 cup coconut floura couple of pinches of salt2 eggs, beatenoil for cooking
Directions
Combine cabbage, onion, flour, and salt in a bowl. Stir in the eggs to combine. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and oil the pan. Scoop the cabbage mixture in a pan and press to shape into a pancake. cook approx 5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden. Flip it as best you can and cook another 3-5 minutes. Top with something delicious and enjoy.
