Chocolate Oatmeal Nut Balls (no Bake)

Ingredients
Porridge Oats 2 CupsCoca powder 1/4 CupMixed nuts & frut 1/4 CupCoconut 1/2 CupCinnamon 2 tspMilk 1% 0.5 CupButter 1/4 Cup (next time may use less to reduce cal)Honey 1/4 CupSalt 1/2 tspPeanut Butter 3/4 Cup (next time i'll use 1/2cup)Vanilla 1 tsp
Directions
Mix all dry ingredients. Melt Butter, mild and honey on medium heat. boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat add dry ingredients, peanut butter, & vanilla. Make 1 tablespoon malls and place on wax paper in fridge for 1 hour or until coo & set.

The recipe work really well but the balls were a little greasy and the calories are higher than i would like. I suggest reducing butter & peanut butter by a bit to improve the caloric value

    This is a great snack that makes me feel like I'm eating a treat! I only used 2.5 Tbs of butter and a slightly mounted 1/2 cup of peanut butter and it worked great. I popped it in the fridge before making balls and rolled each in some unsweetened coconut. Yum! - 4/10/15
