Kicked Up Tuna Melt (Emeril)

4 (6-oz) cans tuna packed in water, drained1/2 cup kalamata olives, minced1/4 cup plus 1 T low fat mayo1/4 c finely chopped red onion1 T plus 1 t capers, drained1 T plus 1 t fresh ground black pepper1 T fresh lemon juice1/2 t salt4 Sara Lee Delightful wheat hamburger bunstomato slices4 slices reduced fat provolone cheese, halved
Preheat broiler.
Combine tuna, olives, mayo, red onion, capers, black pepper, lemon uice, and salt in medium bowl. Mix well.
Arrange bun halves on work surface. Divide tuna salad evenly among 8 bun halves over tomatoes. Top tuna salad with provolone slices.
Place sandwiches on sheet tray under broiler. Cook until cheese is golden and bubbly, about 5 minutes.
