Just-like-Starbucks Frappuccino!

Ingredients
1c cold double strength coffee (ie. brew 10 TBSP coffee to 5c water)1/2c non-fat milk1/4c liquid creamer (I use Almond Joy flavor for a mocha coconut version!)1/8c Splenda or other no-calorie sweetener2c crushed iceNote: A pinch of xanthan gum is the secret ingredient to keeping the frapps thick & creamy and also prevents them from separating! This ingredient can also be used to thicken smoothies and sauces when cooking. I order mine online, but have also seen it near flours in the "Natural Foods" section at several grocery stores.
Directions
1. Brew a strong coffee at double-strength and allow time to chill. (I make mine in the evening and refrigerate overnight.)

2. Once the coffee is chilled, add ingredients to your blender in the order listed and blend until smooth and creamy!!!

Now you have a frapp for less than 50 cents per serving. :)
