Ingredients
Directions
Low Fat / No Fat Cottage Cheese (1 - 1.5 cups)Tuna canned in olive / sunflower oil (olive oil is better for you)1 tin of sweetcorn (around 150-200g)Seeded Bread (4 slices)
Open the tuna and drain about three quarters of the oil, then put it all in a bowl. Add all the sweetcorn and half of the cottage cheese.(more or less, depending on how you like it) Mix together and put on the bread, you can add butter but the cottage cheese stops it from being dry, so theres no need for it.(depending if you think its dry or not of course) Put the other slice of bread on top and Ta Da! Sandwich.
