1 lb. lean ground beef1 med. onion, chopped2 cloves garlic, mincedsalt, to tastepepper, to taste1 egg1/2 cup low fat milk2 cups beef gravy (may add 1/2 cup milk to gravy if desired)
Fry onions and garlic in olive oil. Cube bread and soak in milk. Combine meat with onions, garlic, soaked bread, egg, salt and pepper. Roll into 18 med. sized meatballs and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Add to gravy and continue to cook on the stove top for another 15 minutes
