1 ½ cups brown rice flour½ cup corn starch4 tsp baking powder½ tsp baking soda2 tsp sugar2 tsp salt1 cup skim milk1 cup buttermilk1 egg
Combine dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls.
Stir wet ingredients into dry and blend well.
Cook in hot fry-pan until lightly browned. Serve hot.
