Healthy Fish Sticks

Ingredients
3 whole tilapia filets2 whole egg whites, beaten1-1/2 c panko bread crumbs1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper1/2 c parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 450.

Combine crumbs, salt, pepper, parmesan in bowl. Set aside. Beat egg whites in bowl. Slice fish into 4 strips each.

Dip fish into egg white, then crumb mixture, press to coat.
Place on sprayed wire rack in a baking sheet. Spritz with oil or cooking spray.

Bake 10 minutes. Flip sticks, then bake 10 minutes more.
