Grilled Salmon Filets

Ingredients
Salmon Filet (large enough for 2 servings)1/4 cup olive oil1/8 cup lite soy sauce1/4 tsp dried dill weedJuice from 1/2 lemon (reserve other half of lemon to serve on the side, if desired)
Directions
Combine all ingredients except for the salmon in a small bowl and mix well. Place whole salmon filet on a sheet of aluminum foil. Brush with the sauce mixture. Wrap salmon in foil, and wrap again in another sheet of foil to make sure there are no leaks. Place the foil packet on the grill at about 300 degrees or medium-low. Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until flesh is opaque. Do not overcook. Remove from foil and serve.
