1/4 c Great Value Oven-Toasted Old Fashioned Oats1 tsp Bob's Red Mill, Natural Raw Wheat Germ1 tsp Bob's Red Mill Ground Flaxseed1 Tbsp Quacker Oat Bran Cereal1/2 tsp Splenda Brown Sugar Blend1/2 c frozen blueberries3 dashes ground cinnamon2 dashes ground nutmeg2 dashes ground cloves
Soak oatmeal 5 minutes, drain.
Heat blueberries in micro 1 minute.
Add 1/2 cup MOL (More Or Less) to oatmeal. Heat until steamy. Add wheat germ, flaxseed, oat bran, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and brown sugar. Heat until bubbly, adding water as needed (to desired consistency) Add blueberries.
