Low Fat Chorizo & Turkey Chili

Ingredients
Soyrizo (Vegetarian Chili) - 12 ozGround Turkey - 1 lbCorn - 1 canMexican Fiesta Rotel (Lime & Cilantro) - 2 cansPetite Diced Tomatoes - 1 canMexican Fiesta Grill Mate Seasoning- 1 packetOnion - 1 (or more to taste, any kind you want)Kidney Beans - 4 to 6 cups, dry
Directions
**NOTE THIS IS A "NEXT DAY" MEAL

Put beans on to cook (follow instructions on bag to cook overnight) Brown turkey, drain. Brown Chorizo. Dice onion. Mix all ingredients together except beans. Let sit overnight in the fridge to absorb flavors. Mix in beans when they are finished. Stir well and enjoy!
