Directions
heat oil and butter in skillet over moderate heat. Add thighs, and fry for 15 minutes, turning occassionally. Add zest from one lemon and zest from one tangerine, along with the juice of both, and cook on simmer, covered, for another 15 minutes. Add ground ginger and cook for another 5.

    Even my husband enjoyed it! He even said I could make it again "if I wanted to!" I didn't have any tangerine juice (didn't know it existed), but I did have orange juice (I'm in Florida). Used fresh lemon & zest instead of jar/bottle. I also baked it instead of skillet fried. - 2/22/08
