almond, parm, and spiced tilapia

Ingredients
Tilapia, flour, egg whites, sauteed onions, sauteed garlic and crushed almonds, mixture of fish spices.
Directions
Have thre separate bowls, first has flour, second has egg whites, and third has crusted mixture. For third mixture saute diced onion, minced garlic in butter. Then place in third bowl. Saute sliced almonds in same pan, then crush and put in third bowl. Add grated parmesan cheese and spices. Then placed cleaned and dried tilapia filet in flour, egg, and then crusted mixture. Place in a greased shallow pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
