1 pkg. lean ground turkey1 cup cooked brown rice1 egg1 tbsp tamari3/4 cup greek yogurt1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, any color1/2 cup chopped celery1 tsp sea saltpepper1 tsp oregano1 tsp basil
Mix all ingredients in large mixing bowl. Spray your loaf pan with cooking spray. Bake for one hour in loaf pan at 350 degrees, Makes 6 servings.
