I calculated it out to about 285 calories - used egg white only. You can reduce it by about 40 cal/serv by substituting low fat cottage cheese. I used honeysuckle ground turkey w/italian seasoning - very flavorful! - 10/18/09

So delicious. I brought it to work, and got 3 people hooked!!! I put a litttle sauce inside the rolls though, I'm not a huge ricotta dfan, so it helped cut that taste. - 1/22/08

I added a little more sauce, but made no other changes. It was delicious! I froze half the batch, and served it two weeks later. It was even better the second time! - 1/11/08

I did use the turkey Italian sausage and this was great. It freezes well so when I make it again I will make 2 or more meals to freeze. - 1/8/08

I wonder why the huge difference in the nutritional information for this recipe now and when it was created. Although it does look good. Thanks for Sharing - 4/23/17

delicious! I used FF ricotta, egg beaters, and leftover turkey from thanksgiving (that I chopped the ever-loving crap out of). I also added sauce on top of the cheese mixture before rolling them up, to give a little more moisture to the middle of the rolls. - 12/3/10

I was searching for a recipe for Lasagna Rolls and came across this. I will probably use as a guide but re-calculate. The nutritional breakdown lists 25 calories for the lasagna noodle but I have a box of Ronzoni Healthy Harvest in front of me and one noodle is 180 calories. - 3/23/10

A single noodle calculates to approximately 70 calories using the calorie/ounce info on a popular wheat blend lasagna noodle product and the info given in this recipe. Did not calculate the rest of the ingredients but I am assuming that the SP recipe calculator was used.
Adding this to my cookbook! - 2/2/08

This recipe is great, however I don't see how it can have 113 calories, the noodle itself has more than that...can anyone help me with what the actual calorie content would be? - 1/30/08

Made it for my skeptical husband and teen son (not into "healthy") and they ate 3 servings each! Younger kids and I liked it, too. I'm taking it to work since it's my turn to bring in low cal food for our Biggest Loser. - 1/12/08
