Warming Fruit Breakfast

Ingredients
1 large apple peeled and shredded1 cup of frozen or fresh blueberries4 dates chopped1/4 cup whole oats1 TBS chia seeds1 TBS flaxseed ground1 tsp of Chicory root (Just Like Sugar) or other sweetener2-3 tsp ground cinnamon
Directions
put all ingredients in a stainless steel or cast iron pot and bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 mins until apples and oats are tender but not a mushy pulp. Stir occasionally.

Serving Size: 2 servings of 3/4 cup to 1 cup each
