Creamy Shrimp and Whole Wheat Pasta

Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Saute shallots in olive oil in large pan. Add shrimp and broth, cook until heated through, add cheese, keep stirring until cheese is dissolved. Sir in pasta. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with chopped parsley as garnish.
