Mustard coated Brussels sprouts

Ingredients
1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed1 tsp dry dill weed1 tbsp minced shallots1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp whole grain mustard1/4 tsp Salt Sense1/4 tsp ground pepper
Directions
1. Steam sprouts till tender 6-8 minutes using steamer over 1 inch of boiling water.

2. Whisk dill, shallots, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper in a medium bowl.

3. Add cooked sprouts and toss to coat.
