Roasted Cinnamon Almonds - Sugar Free

Ingredients
3 cups whole almonds1 egg white4 tsp. cinnamon2/3 cup Splenda
Directions
whisk egg white and toss almonds in until coated, mix splenda and cinnamon in another bowl and then pour over coated almonds and mix until coated with splenda mixture.

Place foil on baking pan and spread almonds on pan. Roast in oven at 400 for 10 minutes. Once slightly cool, break almonds apart.
