Gram's Homemade Chili

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Chili Powder1 tsp Sugar1 cup Water2 15oz cans Hunts Tomato Sauce2 lbs Ground Beef2 tsp Salt1.5 cups Chopped onion1 cup Chopped Green Pepper1 14oz small red beans
Directions
Cook meat until brown. Sprinkle with Chili powder, salt, sugar. Add onion and green pepper. Cook until veggies are soft. Add tomato sauce, water, and a clove of garlic. Simmer covered for 1.5 hours. Add beans and simmer uncovered for 30 minutes.
