1 can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (divided into 3/4 of a cup and 1/4 cup)1 cup sliced mushrooms2 cans of water packed tuna6 oz whole wheat egg noodles1/4 cup plain bread crumbs1/2 cup skim milk1 cup frozen peas
cook noodles according to package directions and drain.
Mix soup, 3/4 of a cup of cheese, drained tuna, mushrooms,milk, peas and noodles together and place in a baking dish that has been lightly coated with cooking spray.
Top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese.
bake at 350 for 25 mins
