Olive oil 1 tbspOregano 1 tsponions 2 smallgarlic 3 clovespepper 1 largeCourgette 100gMushroom 160z (2cups)Vegimince 300gPassata 500gtinned tomatoes 400g
Directions
Chop all vege up how you prefer i like it quite chunky
On a medium heat, heat olive oil and saute garlic,peppers and onions for 5 minutes.
Add the passata, chopped tomatoes, oregano mushrooms and courgettes cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Add the Vegimince and simmer for about 20-30 minutes
