Joe's Chicken Garbanzo Panang Curry

1 Large Chicken Breast, no skin ( 8 ounces), diced1 can Maesri Panang Curry Paste (5.7 tbsp)1 can Goya Garbanzo beans (439 grams)1 can Savoy Coconut Cream (2.25 cups)1 medium onion2 Cloves of Garlic1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
1. Place wok on stove and set heat to HI
2. Put oil in wok and mince garlic into wok. Stir fry for 20 seconds.
3. Add curry paste and stir fry for 30 seconds, add diced chicken and stir fry until chicken is not pink outside.
4. Pour in can of garbanzo beans and coconut milk
5. Simmer 20 minutes on LOW heat.
Server over rice.
