Ingredients
Directions
2 Cans of Crushed Tomatoesbetween 3/4 and a pound of Lean Ground Beef (for meatballs)1/2 cup of parmesan cheese (1/4 cup for sauce, 1/4 cup for meatballs)14 ounces of Turkey Kielbasa cut in slices for sauce
Put Tomatoes in crock pot.
Cut up Kielbasa and add to sauce.
Add fresh basil to taste.
Add oregano and garlic powder to taste as well
Add 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese to the sauce. Mix well.
For meatballs, I add the same spices to the ground beef as I did in the sauce then I roll the balls and place them on a cookie sheet and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes. Then take them out and add to the sauce. (I like to make sure they grease is drained away from the meatball.
Cook sauce for 6-8 hours in the crock pot and then enjoy.
Serving Size: 1/10 of the crockpot is a serving
