Broiled Parmesan Tilapia

2 - 4 oz. Tilapia fillets1/2 Tbsp. Low Fat Mayonnaise1 Tbsp. Plain dry bread crumbs 1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated1/4 tsp. Basil, dried 1/8 tsp. Pepper, black1/8 tsp. Onion Powder1/8 tsp. Garlic Powder 1/8 tsp. Paprika
Preheat your oven's broiler. Grease a broiling pan or line pan with aluminum foil and spray foil.
In a small bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, dried basil, pepper, onion powder and garlic powder and paprika. Mix well and set aside.
Coat fish fillets with mayonnaise and roll in bread crumb mixture to coat well. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared pan. Broil a few inches from the heat for 3 minutes. Flip the fillets over and broil for a 3 more minutes or until the topping is browned and fish flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to over cook the fish.
