Ingredients
1 portabella mushroom (approx 3.5 oz)1 slice of onion1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Wash and dry portabella mushroom. Slice 1 thick slice of onion. Put 1 Tbsp olive oil in skillet. Add whole mushroom and onion slice in heated skillet. Cook 10 minutes, turn and cook 5 to 10 more minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 1 serving (approx 3.5 oz mushroom)
