Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats1 cup brown sugar--packed2 tsp baking powder1 tsp saltcinnamon to tastenutmeg to taste1 cup milk2 eggs6 oz Dannon Lite & Fit vanilla yogurt2 tsp vanilla extract1 cup raisens (or cranberries)2 medium apples, chopped
Directions
Preheat overn to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix oats, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
Beat in milk, eggs, yogurt, vanilla, and fruit.
Spread into 9x13" baking dish, and cook for 40 minutes

Serving Size: makes 8 servings, using a 9x13'' pan
