Used a dry wine about 1 teaspoon and herbs de Provence along with rosemary and oregano. Had a flavored Tuscan olive oil and maybe used 2 teaspoons brushed on 1 pound of fish. Had Yellow fin tuna. Marinated a few hours and grilled about 2 min, each side. - 9/18/16
