vegetarian enchalada

Ingredients
1 can Amy's refried beans1/2 cup bulgur (cooked)1 can diced tomatoes (drained)12 flour tortillas (6 inch)2 cans enchilada sauce1 cup mozzarella 1 cup cheddar
Directions
mix refried beans, bulgur, and tomatoes; season to taste. Pour 1/2 can of enchalada sauce into 11X13 can spread to coat bottom of pan. Roll bean mixture in tortillas; place in pan. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes.
