Jamie Eason's Carrot Cake Protein Bars

Ingredients
1 cup oat flour2 scoops vanilla protein powder1 tsp baking powder1 tsp all spice2 tsp cinnamon4 egg whites2 jars (4 ounces each) carrots baby food3/4 Cup Splenda or other sweetener of choice4 oz water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9x13 glass pyrex dish with unflavoured cooking spray. Combine last 4 ingredients and mix well. Combine first 5 ingredients and mix. Stir wet mix into dry and mix until just combined. Pour evenly in prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes (maybe longer depending on oven). Cut 4 lines by 4 lines to make 16 squares. 2 squares equals 1 serving.
