Ingredients
2 pounds Whiting Fillets2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice1/2 C. Grated Parmesan Cheese1/4 C. butter3 TBSP Mayonnaise3 TBSP Chopped Green Onions1/4 tsp Salt1 TSP red hot pepper sauce
Directions
Place fillets on foil in broiling pan and brush with lemon juice. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Broil fish for 5-6 minutes. Top with sauce and return to broiler for an additional 2 minutes or until light brown. Serve.
