Lemon Cookie Protein Bars

Ingredients
1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup)3 tbsp brown sugar, packed2 tbsp white sugar1 egg1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp white flour1/4 cup wheat flour1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp vanilla extract1/2 tsp lemon extract1 generous scoop vanilla whey protein powder1 container Dannon Activia Greek yogurt1 tbsp poppyseeds
Directions
Cream together butter and sugars.
Blend in egg, extracts.
Mix in flours, salt, protein powder, baking powder.
Stir in yogurt, poppyseeds.
Spread evenly in 8-inch square or round glass dish.
Bake at 325 for 16-20 mins, checking often. Protein powder can dry out baked goods and they will go from soupy to firm fairly quickly.
Cut into 8 equal slices.
