Albacore tuna in water, drainedMayonnaise (I prefer the hot and spicy kind!)Chopped jalapeno pepper to tasteHalf a lime, or about 1.5 tablespoons of juice.5 tsp.Cumin powder 1 tbsp cilantro.5 tbsp parsleyMix all together in a bowl. I like to let it sit in the fridge for about a half hour to let the flavors blend, but it can be eaten right away too!Serve over the lettuce of your choice.Top with a little olive oil and balsalmic vinegar
