*Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz Surimi ( Fake crab) , 10 oz 1 Can artichoke hearts, in liquid (drained) 1/3 Cup Grated Fat Free Topping (Parmesan Cheese) *Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp *Old Bay Seafood Seasoning, 3 tsp lemon pepper seasoning, 2 tsp Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Dice Surimi and artichokes
Soften cream cheese for 25 seconds in microwave
Add grated cheese, 1/4 c. shredded cheese and seasonings.
mix well.
Place in a pyrex (or cake pan, glass preferred)
Top with remaining 1/2 cup of shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 for 15 to 20 minutes, or until thoroughly heated and cheese has melted.
Serve hot with crackers or veggies.
