Ingredients
Directions
Take your favorite type of apple; my mom usually used 2 or 3 Red Romans and 1 Granny Smith. Use a vanilla flavored, low fat yogurt. Last ingredient is your favorite type of granola (this can have raisins if you like).
1. Dice your selection of apples. Peeling the apples is optional, but may be a good idea for little kids. Put the diced apples in a bowl.
2. Coat the apples with vanilla yogurt (let your personal taste dictate exactly how much you want to add).
3. Refrigerate. (This step is optional. If you want to eat right after preparing, then skip this step.)
4. Right before you serve add as much granola as you want. Don't do this too early before serving if you don't like soggy granola.
