Ingredients
2 large cucumbers (peeled if not organic)A big fistful of kale and romaine (or spinach, chard etc)4-5 stalks celery1-2 big broccoli stems (adds sweetness)1-2 pears or green apples (optional)1" fresh ginger root
Directions
Wash all veggies and fruit thoroughly. Juice all items in a masticating or twin gear juicer. Should yield at least two 16-oz drinks.
