Pasta With Sprimp and Vegetables

1/2 lb Spaghetti2 Tbls Butter1 C Sliced Mushrooms1 C grape tomatoes, quartered2 Cloves garlic, minced1 lb Raw Shrimp, peeled and deveined1/4 C white Wine2 Tbls lemon juice2 C fresh Spinach, torn1/2 C Half and Half Cream1/4 C shredded Parmesan CheeseSalt and pepper to taste
1. Bring large pot of water to a boil over high heat. Follow package direction to cook and drain pasta.
2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir the onions and mushrooms uncovered, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomatoes and garlic, season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp and cook, stirring occasionally until shrimp and just turning pink.
3. Stir in white wine and lemon juice, reduce heat and simmer until shrimp are opaque. Stir in spinach until wilted, add half and half and Parmesan cheese. Simmer until heated through and sauce is slightly thickened. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
