Ingredients
1-15 oz can mackerel, 1/2 cup chopped onion 1 Egg 1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats 3 tsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1/8 cup nonfat milk,
Directions
Drain mackerel, add rest of ingredients and mix well. Form into patties and cook on a lightly oiled hot griddle.
