Chicken & Vegetable Linguini Stir Fry

Ingredients
8 0z Dried Linguine Noodles1 lb cubed chicken breast (skinless)1 cup Red Bell Pepper1 10 oz package of frozen broccoli1 medium onion1 clove garlic1 tbsp Vinegar1 tsp Brown sugar1/4 cup Kikkoman lite Soy sauce1/4 cup grated carrots
Directions
Cook Linguine Noodles in boiling water until tender.
While Linguine is boiling add chicken in a saute pan with garlic, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar. Cook for 5 minutes add onion, broccoli, bell pepper. Cook 7 minutes.

Drain Linguine, toss chicken mixture with Linguine and serve.
