Cherry choco chip muffs

3c spelt flour3t baking powder1t baking soda1t cinnamon3/4 t salt2 c chocolate morsels12 oz silken tofu light1 c Almond Milk1 c maple syrup1/3 cup applesauce1/6 cup canola oil3t apple cider vinegar3t vanilla8oz frozen cherries
Directions
use a blender to combine wet ingredients and stir all at once into the dry. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
