Pork Chops and Brown Rice

Ingredients
1 - can of V8 Low Sodium4 - Pork Chops (appr. 3 oz each)1 - can 98% fat free mushroom soup4 - servings of instant brown riceAdditional seasoning as desired
Directions
- place chops in a ziplock bag and cover with V8 Juice and additional seasoning. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Combine cooked rice and one can of soup in a pyrex casserole dish.
- brown pork chops in a skillet over medium heat
- place chops over rice mixture and bake in a 350 degree oven until done.

Serve with a green salad and additional veggies as desired.
