5 large cans whole tomatoes in juice1 12 oz can tomato paste1 red onion diced 1 head of garlicspices as desired
put diced onions and garlic along with any other veggies in the bottom of crock pot with a little olive oil. Let cook until translucent or garlic begins to smell. Add rest of tomatoes and let cook as long as desired. I usually start mine after breakfast and let cook until dinner time in the crock pot. Then put in food processor in batches. Take out what you need, freeze the rest.
