Low Fat Country Style Steak with Gravy and Onions

Ingredients
1 lb 93/7 ground beef6 tbsp bread crumbs1 3/4 cup beef broth, divided2 cups sliced onion3 tbsp all purpose flour1 tsp black pepper
Directions
In a large bowl combine meat, pepper, 1/4 cup beef broth, and bread crumbs. Mix well with hands to combine. Using a 1/3 measuing cup as a guide to form 6 patties. Place patties in a large skillet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray and brown on both sides. Layer onions evenly over patties. In a covered jar combine remainder of beef broth and flour, shake well. Pour over patties and onions Lower heat and cover and simmer about 20-25 minutes.
