Easy Granola

Ingredients
2T honey2t olive oil1/2 t cinnamonpinch of salt1 c old fashioned oat meal2T sunflower seeds or nuts2T dried fruit (optional)
Directions
Put honey, oil and sinnamon in a nonstick frying pan, add oatmeal, sunflower seeds and fruit (if you wish)
Cook lightly until browned a little or to taste. Good with yogurt. 2T per serving, makes 1 1/2 cups w/o fruit.
