Stovetop Chinese Chicken & Rice

Ingredients
6 cups chicken broth6 cups prepared brown rice (use broth as the liquid)1.5 lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks1/4 cup olive oil2 cups broccoli florets1 cup shredded carrots1 bottle Ty Ling's Gen Tso's Sauce (28 tablespoons)
Directions
Prepare rice using broth for most or all the liquid
Brown meat in 1 tablespoon oil
Add meat to rice.

Quickly stir fry broccoli and carrots in oil. Add to rice miture. Use broth to moisten as needed. Mix in whole bottle of sauce. Season with Tony Cachere's seasoning.

Yields about 9 cups mixture.
